Despite Economic Concerns Related to COVID-19, Lawmakers Pass Budget

general_assembly_2020 Lawmakers in Richmond gaveled out Thursday on what’s been a historic legislative session. It was the first time Democrats were in charge of the process since the early 1990’s. The final item on their to do list was to pass the state’s two year budget. Mallory Noe-Payne reports.
